Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like the new glorious model o svgs.

Describe the solution you'd like
a new release which still supports the old ratbagd

Describe alternatives you've considered
compiling from source both piper and ratbagd

Additional context
i attempted to compile both piper and ratbagd, after 2 hours of messing around with it, it built, but it still showed me the ratbag old version error, even though i killed the old ratbag daemon and started the new one.
it would be much easier for users if you guys created a new build for flatpak, rpm, etc.

Is this project actually being maintained at all any more? It is a year since the last release and I see fixes already pushed a year ago for the G502 X Wired mouse.

Should maintained by Fedora team themselves. I'm not familiar with their update process. I'm assuming Fedora Rawhide contains all latest package versions, and apparently even there they didn't update yet (https://repology.org/project/piper-mice-configurator/versions).
