Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Can we please get scrollwheel binding in the GUI? Piper has successfully managed to replace a lot of various companies software for customizing hardware, but still can't fully bind things like scroll wheels (which is becoming more and more useful to do)

Describe the solution you'd like
To be able to bind the scroll wheel to different inputs, via the GUI rather than having to try to use ratbagctl

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried just about every other software out there that tries to replace proprietary config software, piper is the closest one to being able to cover most features. Ones that allow for scroll wheel binding don't have profile support like Piper and/or are global changes that need to be manually injected.

Additional context
In particular this is for a G600 MMO Mouse since Logitech can't be bothered to make a linux version of G Hub apparently despite years of requests for it :/ I just want to be able to actually use my mouse properly lol

Hi! Depending on what you mean, this may already be implemented. Otherwise, it's either a device or libratbag driver limitation.
Assigning any buttons to scroll wheel: in Piper it's available as Wheel {Left,Right,Up,Down} in Special mapping section.
Assigning the button under scroll wheel: should be available if device supports it.
Assigning the scroll wheel itself, for example up-down action: that's a rare thing to configure, I'm pretty sure most mice don't support it.
