Improvement: Less technical error message for pending funding transaction

When placing a bid while the funding transaction is still unconfirmed a less technically descriptive error message would help others.

a more user intelligible description would improve the UX.
Agree that the error message isn't great, most of it isn't high signal
Suggested alternative:
"Unable to submit order: Account needs to confirm first"
or
"Submit order after account confirms"
