Unable to run from vmd tk console

I am using 64bit Linuxmint OS. After extract the file when i try to runt the program from TK console it return error

"can't find package tooltip"

how to install this awesome tool with HTMD/AceMD??

Hi debanjansen48, the tcl interfaces use the tooltip libraries as requirement. You can find them here on github (https://github.com/tcltk/tklib/tree/master/modules/tooltip). If you source the file tooltip.tcl and then the interface it should work.
Our protocol work with Plumed and the engines patchable by Plumed. AceMD is not officially supported, even though Dr. Giorgino attempted a patchable version of the software (https://github.com/giorginolab/ACEMD-PLUMED). Unfortunately, I am not familiar with it so I can not help you that much.
