ffs missing input file

Hi,
I am having issue with the analysis of the simulation. I get an error:

PLUMED: +++ at Action.cpp:243, function void PLMD::Action::error(const string&) const
PLUMED: +++ message follows +++
PLUMED: ERROR in input to action FUNNEL_PS with label fps : missing input file ../reference.pdb
...

The funnel metaD simulation is succesful (set-up using tool), and in analysis I am pointing to the same plumed.dat file I used in simulation.
I tried to move reference.pdb file to the working directory, and changing the input accordingly, but no luck.

Where might be the problem?
