Describe the bug

Some interface element get truncated in Web version:

Search in a group chat:

Add members to an existing group (right sidebar):

I'll add more screenshots later if i find any...

Regular use

To Reproduce

Use web version; if this does not happen, try with various screen sizes?

Expected results

Interface text elements should be displayed fully, or provide a way to read the whole message
