[BUG] Differenciate visually placeholders and real value

Describe the bug

Placeholders should not be displayed the same way as the field text value:

Here "Description" is the placeholder, which is properly displayed when user clicks into the field to edit it:

Pre-Bug State

Edit the group chat

To Reproduce

1. Open a group chat
2. Display its information panel
3. Edit the group
4. => Issue happens before user clicks into the field

Expected results

Placeholders should appear differently as the value, usually with a lower contrast
