create release step failed

I have tried to run this github actions workflow and end up getting "Error: Resource not accessible by integration". verified the yaml template with lab-solution branch template and everything looks same.

I had the same problem. I figured out it is the problem with the repo setting. You can simply change it in -> Setting -> Actions -> Workflow permissions -> Choose "Read and write permissions" -> Save. It can be run after this.

Or you can also fork the original repo to have this enabled.
