Bug description

When adding a mobile broadband modem in the "Network" window, the wizard doesn't start.

Steps to reproduce

I've tried this on two different Mint 21.2 installs and got the same behavior. I'm following the install steps for a Peplink Max adaptor modem as shown in their manual (pg14). When I select "add connection" the wizard is supposed to start but it sort of flickers for a second and then nothing... I was able to add the connection by going to the "Network Connections" window and was able to add a device and start the wizard.

Expected behavior

I think the wizard should start as described in the Peplink manual.
