[Feature request] Display the numerical value of sliders where they're not already displayed #348

For instance, in the Mouse & Touchpad settings and Keyboard settings, settings like mouse speed and repeat speed can only be changed by sliders, with the UI not showing the numerical values at all. (Current values could be displayed as tooltips, by mousing over the slider and keeping the cursor in place, if making them directly editable is in some way a concern.)

Not having mouse speed displayed is frustrating in particular, because if that is changed accidentally then, because of how it is only really feasible to get an approximation of the previous value with sliders, it can result in muscle memory making mouse-intensive tasks, like playing video games, feel very off. Learned this the hard way.
