Is this a new feature request?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Wanted change

Hello.
It would be nice to have the ability to disable core dns via docker environment

Reason for change

In my projects I use a combination of wireguard and dns bind9 connected as host to wireguard. There is a conflict between bind and coredns ports. Of course I can build my own dockerfile, but it would be great to be able to disable coredns via settings

Proposed code change

It is already present, and undocumented because you should know what you are doing when disabling it. https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-wireguard/blob/master/root/etc/s6-overlay/s6-rc.d/svc-coredns/run#L8
