These RSS CAP warnings have a polygon to describe the area for the alert, the severity of the alert, some time frame information, and the suggested response. i.e. this one has prepare. Would be cool to automate our response to these. I wonder how hard it would be to automatically pull sentinel imagery and process it based on this info?

Do you have some more details? For example, given this alert, when should the processing happen and what should the output be? Some possibilities, speaking as a non-analyst:
Get the latest imagery immediately when receiving the alert, to get an idea of the current state of the affected area, and get a better guess at where the risks are most severe?
Get the latest imagery at the start of the estimated event onset, to achieve the same as the above with the most relevant possible data? Maybe this would be too late to do much?
Get the imagery from the closest time after the estimated event end, to assess damage, access, etc?
