View Removed Outlines by similar area

User Story

In order to QA an area efficiently as a LDA I want the tool to take me to nearby buildings when QA'ing instead of jumping around the AOI.

Note:
“Removed outlines” jumps around the screen when going to next on the list – it would be better to do this by one area at a time? (Because you get familiar with what’s happening in each area and you don’t want to come back to it later down the track and take time to get familiar with it again. This will also help with decision consistency.)
