Listenbox podcasts are updated once an hour, so after adding an item to a playlist one has to wait for

Listenbox refresh cycle (1 hr)
Podcast app refresh cycle (unknown time, will be partially solved by WebSub/Podping support #18)

We need to allow manual refresh (with rate limiting)
