Only 5 Environments Displayed in Portal, no pagination controls

What happened:
We have 10 clusters. Adding more than 5 environments, only 5 environments are displayed in portal. No way to access environments no displayed.
What you expected to happen:
The portal should show all environments. Or provide pagination controls to go to next set in list.
Where can this issue be corrected? (optional)

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Add more than 5 environments to project
Anything else we need to know?:
same result regardless of admin project or user project
