Reopened with new title, changed from "expense editing", which we now have, to "expense editing inline on all pages with transaction lists", which is what I would like it to be.

As with transaction creation, I do not want to have to leave the page with the log. I would like either a form that can appear right below the transaction, or I would like the transaction to become the form (ie, while editing that transaction you can click on any part of it to edit that field)
