Erlang integration

The following features are missing:

• Intelisense
  • Completion
  • Signature
  • Docs (can reuse all of the Elixir infrastructure)
• Coding
  • Defining modules
    • Support diagnostics for warnings/errors from modules
    • Tracking of function invocations for stale
  • Defining functions (should we allow outside of modules)
  • Defining records (needs to consider how it makes cells as stales)
  • Other functionality from the Erlang shell?
