Перевести config/loader.php из opendir на glob #160

Переделать config/loader.php чтобы он не использовал opendir, вместо него посадить glob.
Это нужно чтобы убрать лишние проверки, например, такие:

https://github.com/livestreet/livestreet-framework/blob/master/config/loader.php#L82
https://github.com/livestreet/livestreet-framework/blob/master/config/loader.php#L99

и другие, чтобы glob сразу по маске *.php искал файлы, а не проверять всю директорию в opendir.
