Lix don't work in local mode with OpenFL

Hi,
can not get lime/openfl to work with local version of lix.
Some discussion here

To reproduce issue this repo can be used;
Just install dependencies and try to run lime test html5 without global lime available

But really any empty projects with lime will do.

Will try to get more info but not sure if its lime or lix issue, as lime is setting global variables

IIRC this is because lime invokes the haxelib command internally and that is not going through haxelibshim if lix is installed locally.
