Description

We need to develop a structured and compelling storyline for our game. The main character is a security guard who unexpectedly finds himself in a mysterious situation involving skeletons and magic as he embarks on a quest to find his missing daughter. This storyline should be rich in detail, engaging, and provide a strong narrative framework for the game's progression.

Requirements

  1. Main Plot:

    • The protagonist, a security guard, discovers that his daughter is missing.
    • His search leads him to a mysterious, magical realm filled with skeletons and other supernatural elements.
    • The storyline should include key plot points, twists, and climactic moments that build tension and drive the narrative forward.
  2. Character Development:

    • Develop the main character's backstory, motivations, and personality.
    • Introduce supporting characters, both allies and antagonists, with their own unique traits and roles in the story.
  3. Setting and World-Building:

    • Create a detailed description of the game's world, including its history, magical elements, and the nature of the skeleton enemies.
    • Design various locations the protagonist will explore, each with its own unique atmosphere and challenges.
  4. Story Arcs and Progression:

    • Outline the main story arc as well as any significant subplots or side quests.
    • Ensure a logical and engaging progression of events that guide the player through the game.
    • Include a clear beginning, middle, and end, with a satisfying resolution to the main quest of finding the daughter.
  5. Dialogue and Script:

    • Write dialogue for key interactions between characters.
    • Ensure dialogue is natural, engaging, and serves to advance the plot or deepen character relationships.
    • Include any necessary in-game text, such as journal entries or lore descriptions.

The story can be written either as a general fiction story or as a game specific progression plot.

You can also just scrap the above idea and create a whole new story.

I think I should design the level based on the story so I created this story: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PHQA5DjVdmNBCkudkNqfIPsoWqVYkz21VEaaT57e6Kc/edit?usp=sharing
And please assign this issue to me

Nice story... But it would be nice to have some story after Jake is in the wild... You know something that drives the player forward and also something to create in the game... Otherwise it's good 👍.

Also create a Docs directory in the Assets folder and add the story there.
