Uninstalling a Runtime does nothing

When you install a beta runtime, and then go to uninstall it, nothing happens afterwards.

Steps to repro:
Developer Tab -> LM Runtimes
Install a Beta branch of one of the Lllama.cpp runtimes.
Uninstall it (3 dots -> Uninstall), press continue on the pop up
Observe that the "uninstalled" runtime is still present in the LM Runtimes tab.
