The options in the Model Loading Guardrails settings section are not working correctly

In the "Model Loading Guardrails" settings section the options "Relaxed" (Mild precautions against system overload) and "Strict" (Strong precautions against system overload) are reversed.

When selecting "Relaxed" mode large models fail to load returning an error. However when choosing "Strict" mode they begin loading which contradicts the logic of the description where they should not load due to stricter precautions.
