While investigating a different issue, I noticed that this plugin creates and destroys threads at a very high rate.

With this config:

bin/logstash -e "input { generator { threads => 4 } } output { http { url => 'http://127.0.0.1:8080' http_method => post } }"

~ 3,000 threads were create within 10 minutes

There doesn't seem to any leaking here, but the creation of that many threads should be avoided in favor of a thread pool.

Also, this may be related to odd slow down happening at #62
