How to use older extensions with the new Middleware sequence?

Hi

There are a few extensions like this one:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/loopback4-ratelimiter

These require the Action to be added to the custom sequence, like this:

But now this is deprecated. We have Middleware based sequence now. How do I use extensions like this one witth the new sequence?
