Support for automatic actions performed on stacks by different triggers.

Possible triggers could be:

• date, time
• Dockge start
• API request
• custom script

Possible actions could be:

• stack startups and shutdowns
• updates
• custom script

✔️ Solution

1. Add UI elements to add automatic actions on a stack. Each consists of a defined trigger and a connected action.
2. Add an API to let programs automatically trigger actions, similar to discussion 503.

📝 Additional Context

1. For clean backups, I would like to shut down the majority of my stacks daily at 23:59 and start them up again at 00:15.
2. After a server restart I would like to have certain stacks autostart after Dockge has been started, for example networking stacks.
