fix(app/web): misplaced tabs menu - changes not reflected

Hi! @lowlighter, the code for fixing the misplaced tabs menu is merged but it is not yet reflected on the website. I think the newly merged code, which fixes the misplaced menu tab is not pushed or compiled to the hosting platform and therefore not reflected on the website.

• Try this code in browser devtool

      .ui.top {
       border-bottom: 1px solid var(--color-border-secondary);
       max-width: 1250px;
       margin: 0 auto;
        }

• Website will reflect like in the screenshot

Hi!

The website use the latest (v3.20) docker image instead of the master/main one (v3.21-beta).
Changes will be reflected on next release 👍

There's no real schedule for release, but it'll probably be this week-end 🙂

Then you should take a look at your google developper console api, and investigate from it.
429 means you've excedeed the rate limit allowed by Google for the service

plugin_pagespeed_token = GitHub Token or Google API key ???

It's a Google API key, PageSpeed is a service provided by Google (it's the lighthouse feature that is also present in chrome-based browsers)
You can created one by following this guide: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/get-started 👍

All this time I was wrestling with GitHub Tokens and Actions. 🙂 Now PageSpeed.plugin is working fine.
