The odt plugin version 2023 does not generate the correct style for the main header in pages after the first (second page ...).
When using bookcreator, the main header in the first page has name "Heading_20_1", as seen in content.xml. This works properly.
A derived style is used for the other pages, named "pagebreak_Heading_20_1". This style, existing in version 2019, does not seem to be defined in version 2023.
See attached odt files, very simple examples, generated with 2019 version and 2023 version (dokuwiki Jack Jackrum a, bookcreator 2023-07-15)
Can you please share your bookcreator plugin settings (print screen), the template/style (if any) and the pages structure (as seem in data/ directory on your DokuWiki instance) used to generate those pages?
Here are my bookcreator plugin settings (in french ;-)) and pages structure.
Very simple example I used for testing.
Exactly the same settings and pages structures with the two versions of dokuwiki, only versions of odt plugin : 2019 and2023.
Also the full pages directory (zip file).
Please note that the same problem occurs with dokuwiki Kaos and 2024 version of boocreator.
