[FEATURE] See who reacted on a message

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For certain messages it makes sense to have feedback from certain people if e.g. the message has been read. A quick and easy way to do this is to ask people to react to the message. On the Web-version of Artemis you can see (at least some of the) people who reacted with an emoji by hovering over the message. This feature is currently completely missing on the android verrsion.
ls1intum/Artemis#9960 Also aims to complete this feature for the web-version.

Describe the solution you'd like
When opening the menu for a message (Screenshot 1), it would be nice if there was also an option, which when clicked lists all reactions by name and emoji.
