I'm not sure what the details of this are but the timing of exported files are negatively affected by Noise Repellent. I'm using Ardour 7, I played around with the latency setting but couldn't find a value that made an improvement.

Track 1 is the original audio
Track 2 is exported with NR 0.1.5
Track 3 is exported with NR 0.2.3
