A ferramenta de Chamada Interativa busca alunos com mesmo nome e exibe o sobrenome apenas se necessário, porém casos como "Ana" e "Anna" não funcionam bem.

update: adicionei umas melhoras no Chamada.vue, a ideia é adicionar mais grupos de nomes por lá
