Hey again gang,
Have you heard of Node-RED? It's a low-code programming environment that I think comes pre-installed on Raspbian Buster.
It's a flow-based programming system and, being open-source, allows people to create their own node modules to control and interface with SOOO many things.
The Node-RED dev team are very responsive and helpful, so I reached out to them to discuss a Mariner node.
This is the reply, which I will admit, went over my head, but it sounded promising.

Is this something someone might be interested in creating? One of the devs mentioned it might already be possible to talk to it via web API or MQTT. I can see so many uses for it like automatic heater control (don't start printing until temp is x), run air filter for x hours after print finishes, if vat level is low pump in more resin, etc.
