An ability to opt into getting Webkit browser notifications so we don't have to continue checking the tab.

Example notifications could occur when it is your turn to pick a team, when you need to vote and when you need to pick your mission card.

We could also have periodic notifications to remind us if we need to take action. Again, this should be an option.
