Marketplace install didn't work #7

I followed the link to getStringLength in the marketplace.
I dragged the "Install" icon to my running Eclipse (Oxygen.2 release 4.7.2 of Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers, running on Windows 7).
It gave an error "No repository found at https://github.com/lukecnau/getStringLength".
