how to use webrtc-jingle-client app on android

i have built webrtc-jingle-client successfuly on centos ,and had a apk named voice-example-1.0-SNAPSHOT.apk, now i have installed this apk in my android phone(version 2.3.6)， also i add account with google account ，but i only see the account name in accounts tab and doesn't do any thing.
use two phone and two account to login it, didn't see each other .
any body can tell me how to use this demo to test voice and p2p commucation ?
