Black screen after cinematic #127

I can get past blizzard cinematic but then it's just black screen with cursor, the streaming option mentioned in docs no longer exists so I have no idea what could be the cause of this. Installation went smoothly, I got no error messages during and after installing and it doesn't seem to lag at all (based on launcher interaction and cinematic).
