应该说无偏移地图应用更多点，特别是手机类应用

我记得天地图已经有了。
无偏移地图：在china，所有发布的电子地图都是要求“加偏”的，手机使用的也是，只是在定位的时候，将GPS位置做了加偏再放到地图上。

感谢回复！
天地图使用的是无偏移的。现在在china，电子地图也没有必须要加偏的强制要求，很多应用都基于GPS。
希望能够通过这个软件下载天地图的离线瓦片文件！
