Getting internal server error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Installed an EC2 instance (ubuntu latest version) and using easyengine setup php/wordpress
and wanted to install lxc-web-panel, once i installed it and tried to access the port i get the internal server error.

Can you enable debug and paste the log here ?

I can confirm there is an "Internal server error" issue after fresh installation and after trying to login with admin user.

if I manually navigate to /logout path, I will not see "Internal server error".

Please find output from debug:
OSError
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/lxc/templates'
...

checked under this directory, there is no such folder so I have created one, but I am not sure will I bump on another issue;
