When right-clicking on an individual item, you're presented with a helpful context menu, for example:
I have two panels, one on each monitor, and both have Task Managers on them. When right-clicking on a group of windows, there is only this option:
I don't see why the user couldn't move groups of windows in between monitors (so include some of the top options in the group options).
I know a workaround is to just disable grouping, but this screen is farther from me so I keep it enabled, and my other screen is closer so I keep it disabled.

This definitely sounds like a good idea. I would add, if there are two groups of the same application, one on one panel, and one on another, the group movement should merge the groups together. (For instance, if you have 3 terminals on one panel and 5 on the other, moving the group of terminals between panels should end up with one group of 7 terminals.)
