# character in quoted string, wrongly identified as yaml comment

Steps to reproduce

input:

foo: "yaml #A"

Current behavior

output:

---
foo: 'yaml # A'

Note the added space between '#' and 'A'

Desired behavior

output:

---
foo: 'yaml #A'

Environment

Hi @hansbogert thanks for taking the time to open an issue. I can reproduce the issue, will you be able to make a PR to solve it? currently I'm short on time :(
