[Request] Add ability to search by topics

Hello,

I have been using this app and it is very useful. I would like to refine my search by adding topics to the query. Is there any possibility to include this ability? I wouldn't mind working on this.

good question. everything is hooked up directly to the free tier on github's api. so you'd have to take a look at the issue search.
here's where api issue search request is sent.
and here is github's issue search api documentation.

if the functionality is supported by the api, then we can probably add it to the site pretty easily.

Hmmm, I think it is not supported by the API. Anyways, I found the issue tags I was looking for :-)

You can apparently search by topics using the developer preview: https://developer.github.com/v3/search/#search-topics
