Provide means for user to change the theme of the calendar. The Settings section should provide a list of pre-built themes that the user can select. Changing the theme will immediately update the look of the app.

Include colors, fonts, and "window dressing". Layout will probably stay mostly the same, though things like padding & sizes could be adjusted.
