Requested by PE (Laurie Henderson). Have macros automatically add page numbers to footer.

Would have to check with users whether they care if frontmatter is numbered in Arabic or Roman numerals. Arabic would be much easier because we wouldn't have to identify where the frontmatter ends.
However, if we implement combining cleanup and character styles macros and allowing users to choose which things to cleanup, we could pretty easily add this as an option.
