But first talk with a couple MEs/PEs to see if they would ever legitimately get shapes in a manuscript file (e.g., a chart that needs to be redrawn) or if they still insist on getting those in separate files. If the latter, probably OK to just delete. If not, need to figure out some way to alert the PE to remove them manually.
