Reconvert validated basic HTML to .docx

Once section-start rules have been processed in the basic HTML, reconvert to .docx before sending to bookmaker.

Note: test different story objects in the conversion: footnotes, endnotes particularly. Also check against track changes that are unreviewed.

I've been looking into this. It is, of course, going to be more complicated than I had hoped. I've put together a basic python script to fix the style naming once the HTML has been saved as Word, but it doesn't address getting the HTML into .docx format, and also doesn't address relinking footnotes/endnotes. I suspect we may need to handle the footnotes/endnotes with a macro, and we may need to handle the save-HTML-as-docx via powershell, but I will continue to investigate.
