test: State update job retry

Current behaviour

We don't have any test that assert that the retry mechanics for the state update job work.

Expected behaviour

A test should be added asserting that we retry the state update job if any fail occurs during either:

• the block state update when the tx is pushed to the settlement layer,
• the job verification (when we check if each tx is correctly successful on the settlement layer).
