Mark failed jobs in database.

Current system doesn't mark failed jobs as Failure status, we need to implement the same.
There are few ways to go about this :

Don't bubble up the error, update state and move on

- Pro : DB is up-to-date.
- Con : Can't implement retry logic.

Update then bubble up

- Pro : retries then update state.
- Con : too complex, not for MVP.

Dead Letter Queue

- Pro : easy to implement.
- Con : too many queues.
