Build initial Room UI

Acceptance Criteria

I will know this feature is complete when I can see...

• Room Title
• Ticket Title
• Current users in the room

There will need to be data from the server to populate the components initially.

Dev notes

• Data already provided to the React Component? Is there a mechanism for that in Rails?
• Or will the component have to make an initial api call for room information?
• The DOM is not a data store.
