Describe the bug
Xcode fails to resolve package when added through IDE Menu. File -> Add Packages...

Nothing.swift

Expected behavior
I expected to see no erros, no fails no warning. Nice and smooth.

Environment

IDE/SDK version:
- Xcode Version 14.3.1 (14E300c)
Hardware version:
-- v0.4
