Can't add new member to existing list in production

In production I can't add new member to existing list. Although when I create new list I can add new member to that.
While in development environment everything is working fine.

We investigated the issue and found that Madmimi updated lists naming conventions. To resolve this issue signin to UI and replace backslashes "/" with dashes"-" or blankspaces. Then it will work fine.
