Design view: meetings/index

Description:
Lists all meetings, but not including all fields, sorted by date. Meetings happening in the future are highlighted and can be joined by logged-in users and admins. Clicking on any meeting goes to that meeting's "show". Admins see link to "create" here.

Needs:

• Last/upcoming meeting highlighted (not a little highlighted, quite a bit)

@kikito Please, could you fill out the "Needs" section on each view with the required fields you have in mind?

I have also moved the "Nav menu" to a separate issue (#14) since I didn't want to repeat it in all the views.
